The Performance Racing Network is back with it's 18th  exciting year of Fast Talk,

A star-studded lineup of NASCAR Sprint Cup drivers co-host the show along with PRN's own Doug Rice on a rotating weekly basis including:

  • 2004 NASCAR Sprint Cup champion Kurt Busch, driver of the Miller Lite Dodge for Penske Racing, Kurt has 20 Sprint cup wins to his credit.
  • Greg Biffle, driver of the 3M Ford for Roush/Fenway Racing; brings his own special insight to Fast Talk.
  • Kyle Petty, veteran NASCAR driver and analyst for TNT. Kyle is easily one of the most recognizable personalities in racing, his humor and insight always make for and interesting show.
  • Elliott Sadler, pilot of the Stanley Tools Ford for Richard Petty Motorsports
  • John Andretti,  is a veteran NASCAR driver  who has also competed in 9 Indy 500 races.

The Legacy of Dale Earnhardt

Doug Rice

Since his death at Daytona in 2001, Dale Earnhardt has been honored in every conceviable way.

There are statues in Daytona and Kannapolis, NC, and there is "Dale Earnhardt Boulevard" a mere five minutes from the PRN Studios.

He's also been the subject of an ESPN movie.

Playing Past Your Prime

One of the best things about NASCAR is the ability for its athletes to compete much longer than other sports allow.

By age 35 in most sports you're considered a wily veteran. By age 40 you're ancient.

In NASCAR Mark Martin proved last year that you can win and even compete for a championship at age 50 and beyond.  It's one of the beautiful things about the sport of NASCAR, and it's also one of the worst things.
